Our Policies at Rosary Works

PAYMENT: Following is the list of payment types we accept.

Returned checks will be charged a $35 fee.
RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with your rosary from our collections, please send it back within 30 days in the original container. We will refund your payment fully except for expedited shipping costs, or retain it as a credit for exchange or future purchase as you specify. However, if you order a custom rosary either through our custom design page, or via other communication methods, there will be a 35% disassembly fee for the return of a wire-wrapped rosary, or 15% fee for loop-to-loop rosary return.
REPAIRS: Your rosary is guaranteed for a lifetime for minor repairs. Any parts replaced will be charged at a discounted price and no labor will be charged. Please retain the original invoice as a proof of purchase. Please send a copy of the invoice with your request for repair work in a box.
PRIVACY: We honor our customer's privacy. Any information you submit for ordering will be kept secure and only used to best serve you. We will not share or sell any information to third parties.
SAFETY:

LEAD: Federal as well as several state laws limit the lead content in jewelry for adults with stricter limits for children. Unfortunately, some components of our rosaries and/or rosary bracelets may contain some lead over the limits. Unless indicated clearly otherwise in the description, our rosaries, rosary bracelets and other items on our website are not recommended for children 12 and younger. However, Sterling silver, natural gemstones and natural wood rosaries are safe for First Communion and children 4 and older.
CHOKING: Many of our products consist of small components, which may be loosened by accidental force and potentially hazardous if swallowed. Children 3 and younger should not handle them without adult supervision.
