Q. How do I place an order?
Q. Do I get the order confirmation via email when I place an order?
You should automatically receive the order confirmation email from our shopping cart. However, if you misspell your email address, you might not receive it. If you did not receive the order confirmation email, please let us know as soon as possible.
Q. When do I expect to get a response if I contact by email?
We try our best to respond to any email inquiry within 48 hours. Please be aware that our response email may be in your junk or spam mail box depending on your email settings.
Q. Do you accept credit cards?
Q. Where do I put my credit card information?
With our shopping cart system, you will be asked for the credit card information at the time of ordering. The check out page is on a secure server and the information you enter there will be encrypted before transmission. Neither our website or the shopping cart system stores your credit card information. If you placed an order by regular email, we will send you an email with a link to the secure credit card transaction site by AuthorizeNet.
Q. Do you accept returns?
If you are not satisfied with your rosary from our pre-designed rosary collections, please send it back within 30 days in the original container. We will refund your payment fully except for expedited shipping costs, or retain it as a credit for exchange or future purchase as you specify. However, if you order a custom rosary either through our custom design page, or via other communication methods, there will be a 35% disassembly fee for the return of a wire-wrapped rosary, or 15% fee for loop-to-loop rosary return.
Q. What should I do if the rosary gets broken in the future?
Your rosary is guaranteed for a lifetime for minor repairs. Any parts replaced will be charged at a discounted price and no labor will be charged. Please retain the original invoice as proof of purchase. Please send a copy of the invoice with your request for repair work in a padded envelope or box.
Q. What about my privacy?
We honor our customer's privacy. Any information you submit for ordering will be kept secure and only used to best serve you. We will not share or sell any information to third parties.
Q. What is this new lead law about?
Please read our lead law page summarizing the laws regulating lead content in children's jewelry. Unless we can show proof of compliance with the laws for all the components of each rosary and/or rosary bracelet, it is considered a "banned hazardous substance" and we cannot sell it for children 12 years and younger. To show proof of compliance, we need to either obtain the certificates of compliance for the components from the manufacturers and/or suppliers, or test them ourselves using goverment-certified laboratories. Unfortunately, it has proven very difficult so far to obtain the certificates from our suppliers and testing them ourselves is cost inhibitory. Thus, a significant number of our components have no proof of compliance. There are, however, several materials exempt from testing: precious metals such as gold (at least 10 karat) and Sterling silver, precious gemstones and most of the semi-precious gemstones, natural or cultured pearls and wood. The rosaries and/or rosary bracelets made out of these components are considered safe for children 12 years and younger.
Q. What about Swarovski crystal beads which are leaded?
Swarovski crystal is 32% lead and it does not currently escape the lead law which is 600 ppm limit for components of children's jewelry/rosaries. Swarovski has responded to a question from a U.S. jewelry company that even if the beads were ingested, the lead would not leach out since it is bound up in the matrix of the bead. However, as far as we know the Federal government has not yet granted the exemption to Swarovski crystals. Swarovski company is currently working on this from our understanding.
Q. I believe what I am ordering contains very little or no lead, although you may not be able to issue proof of compliance. Can you send it anyway?
Regrettably, no. Though the laws seem to be impractical and not well thought out, they are the active laws we need to abide by. Shipping a rosary or rosary bracelet we cannot prove safe for children knowingly violates these laws even if customers want to assume the risk themselves. If you are dissatisfied with this law, please contact your local senator or congressman.
Q. Do you repair broken rosaries?
Yes, we do. If any beads or parts are missing, we will do our best to find the same beads or a similar match. Minimum charge for the repair work is $7.00 plus shipping. Please send your rosary in a small box mailer to:
