Q. How do I place an order?
Please use our shopping cart system. If you have trouble using the shopping cart, which uses cookies, please email us, or call us.
Q. Do I get the order confirmation via email when I place an order?
You should automatically receive the order confirmation email. However, if you misspell your email address, you might not receive it.
Q. When do I expect to get a response if I contact by email?
We try our best to respond to any email inquiry within 48 hours. However, if you misspell your email address, you might not receive it. Also, we have had problems sending emails to AOL addresses. We encourage AOL customers to contact us using an alternative email address.
Q. Do you accept credit cards?
We accept checks, money orders, PayPal payment and the following credit cards. Returned checks will be charged a $20 fee.
Q. Where do I put my credit card information?
With our shopping cart system, you will be asked for the credit card information at the time of ordering. The check out page is on a secure server and the information you enter there will be encrypted before transmission. If you placed an order by a regular email, we will send you an email with a link to the secure credit card transaction site by AuthorizeNet.
Please do not send any credit card information by regular email, which is not secure.
Q. Do you accept returns?
If you are not satisfied with your rosary from our collections, please send it back within 30 days in the original container. We will refund your payment fully except for expedited shipping costs, or retain it as a credit for exchange or future purchase as you specify. However, if you order a custom rosary either through our custom design page, or via other communication methods, there will be a 25% disassembly fee for the return of a wire-wrapped rosary, or 10% fee for loop-to-loop rosary return.
Q. What should I do if the rosary gets broken in the future?
Your rosary is guaranteed for a lifetime for minor repairs. Any parts replaced will be charged at a discounted price and no labor will be charged. Please retain the original invoice as a proof of purchase. Please send a copy of the invoice with your request for repair work in a padded envelope or box.
Q. What about my privacy?
We honor our customer's privacy. Any information you submit for ordering will be kept secure and only used to best serve you. We will not share or sell any information to third parties.
Q. Do you repair broken rosaries?
Yes, we do. If any beads or parts are missing, we will do our best to find the same or a similar match. Minimum charge for the repair work is $7.00 plus shipping. Please send your rosary in a small box mailer to: Rosary Works P.O. Box 21886 Lexington, KY 40522-1886
